Christmas list (5): Teal

Ok, so I didn't get to do any Christmas shopping this week-end... but with my lists building up nicely I'm starting to get a few good ideas. Here is a list dedicated to one of my top five colours: teal, aka duck blue, aka blue-green...

1. Dori Csengeri Aphrodite Earrings, $198.00
I adore Dori's creations of pearls, crystals and silk embroidery, they are amongst my most special pieces and always get the conversation going at a party, I wish I had some more! Even though they are not based in Europe, I've ordered from their Israel-based site before, it's totally safe.

2. Smythe Velvet Jacket, £519.00
Canadian brand Smythe has quite a following ever since a fabulous duchess wore one of their blazers on a trip abroad... Out of their AW2011 collection, this is my absolute favourite piece, and I can't believe I missed out when Donna Ida stocked it, but, Hubby Dearest I hope you're reading, they have them on Farfetch....!

3. Isabel Marant Raimon Cord Jeans, £155.00
Distressed cord and velvet are my two new favourite materials for jeans... it must be that holding-in feeling that they create! This way your fashionista giftee will be able to pig out (moderately of course...) all Christmas week without looking worse for wear...

4. IPAD Luxe Lean Case, £16.90
I don't know anyone around me who hasn't succumbed to the Ipad craze (yes, I even have a frog farm... might as well 'fess up before Hubby Dearest outs me), so please, buy them a nice little case to make sure they don't get damaged too quickly!

5. Marie-Chantal Boys Cable Jumper, £98.00
Brunette and blonde littly boys will look equally dashing in this gorgeous cotton knit jumper... especially if you layer it with a grey duffle-coat!
