Friday's MyTheresa lust-have

I have friends that find fashion and shopping slightly boring, and some even cringe at the idea of an afternoon on Bond Street... Not me, I am a born fashionista, to the extent that I once asked my parents to get some shoes transferred from another city into our local shop, aged four years old (I know, I'm not proud to have been a little despot so early on!). When I turned 18, my parents gave me my very first designer bag, a shoulder bag by Tod's in a classic camel tone, which I carried for years, loving its craftsmanship and versatility.

Fast forward to this year, and I'm lusting after a new piece from the classic collection at Tod's, this time a top-handle baby called the D bauletto, in a summery cream...

In my view top-handles and totes are the most versatile handbags, as they go from work-horses to week-end mamma bags to shopping bags. I love this classic look and this summer's cream colour is gorgeous in the brand's buttery leather. Yum!
