Chanel Covent Garden celebrates Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day! I hope all the mammas out there are being super spoilt by their little ones and hubbies... and if not, if you're London-based, it's not too late to pack your brood to Covent Garden and visit  Chanel's pop-up flower stall. This is open especially for Mother's Day, until this evening only (though it's so pretty Chanel should really consider keeping it open longer!)

Before you tell me you have a perfectly good florist near your home, hear me out... This isn't your typical flower stall. It's an installation made of the flowers which can be found in Mademoiselle's fragrances, and whilst you can't purchase flowers you will meet with perfumers who will tell you about each perfume and help you choose the best one for you. You will get a hand-tied posy with each 100ml perfume purchase (isn't perfume a far nicer gift anyways? Lasts longer and is more personal...)

We visited this afternoon after our family brunch (more on that later) and I felt immediately transported to another universe, very far from the drab and wintry streets of London.

Worth a visit if you're nearby, in the meanwhile, enjoy the pictures! xx

So so pretty, what a brilliant marketing idea.
